Soleto SpA’s mission is to improve societal well-being through constant work and innovation in the worlds of telecommunications, energy and building management. The company’s activities are driven by a set of common goals: finding technological solutions to improve customers’ working and living conditions, with a particular focus on operations; protecting the environment; and paying attention to people and their needs, whether they are employees or customers. OUR STORY
Soleto SpA was founded in 1992 by two business partners to keep up with the demands of the electrical systems market, which requires constant upgrades to comply with regulations.
The company expanded into the telecommunications market, offering new resources and solutions to meet the needs of increasingly exacting and specialised customers, from system integration to inbound/outbound call centre services.
Soleto SpA has been able to grow and evolve by embracing new sectors such as energy-efficient street lighting.
The enterprise has grown steadily since its foundation, boasting a €66.3 million increase in turnover in 2018, a consolidated national presence with 6 offices, more than 380 employees, around 1000 satellite activities, and an ever-expanding portfolio.

OUR GOVERNACE
Soleto’s governance system is made up of a Board of Directors, a Board of Statutory Auditors and an Auditing Firm. The governance system plays a fundamental role in the effective management of daily operations, and is also instrumental in creating value in the medium to long term
